For me, a holistic approach to health started when I was in my teens. I have always been very active and looked after my body well. (so, I thought). I used to believe that eating less of the bad foods was ok. I  also used prescription medicines to ‘clean’ my gut. This used to make me very sick, leaving me with dry skin in addition to the weakened immune system. Then I did a lot of research and discovered the connection between what goes in my gut and how it affects my thought processes and the way I go on about life. A friend suggested that I try colonic irrigation. My first colonic was an emotional and physical release. I felt cleansed and had a clarity of mind that I never had before. After this experience, I felt a calling to help others who might be feeling the same way I was feeling.  I then set out to train as a colon therapist.

I am now a Colonic Hydrotherapist and a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing.

Besides being a Colonic Hydrotherapist, I am also a certified fitness instructor and energy healer. I lead a very active life and I am a firm believer in the importance of daily ritual (habits/practices) to ensure optimal health of mind and body. I  split my time between the UK and my second home and retreat center in the mountains of Portugal.

I am a member of the International Association and Register of Integrative Colon Therapists and Trainers (RICTAT) and The General Regulatory Council for Complementary Therapies
